It really confirmed the demand for sustainably-grown mushrooms right here in my hometown. We have now partnered with the SBDC to expand the reach of The Fungal commons and offer a monthly subscription service to offer a variety of freshly harvested mushrooms delivered directly to your home or restaurant. Along those lines I plan on rolling out solutions for growing mushrooms at your home, with mushroom kits you can watch grow on your countertop, or installing mushroom plots in your tree line or garden."
